Super Tile Maze

Super Tile Maze is a quick, simple puzzle game where you move a player through a maze to reach the end. However, there's a catch - you can only change directions when you're stopped. Game mechanics like portals and enemies require the player to use skill, strategy, and timing to complete each level. This game is a demo, created for an AP computer science class, and consists of 20 levels.

Time Calculator

Doing mathematical operations on timestamps can be challenging. For example, what if you wanted to multiply 1 minute and 35 seconds (1:35) by 3? Furthermore, what if you wanted to do the same operation on multiple amounts of time? Cross Country and Track coaches are often faced with this problem - for instance, how long should it take an athlete to run 3.1 miles given their pace for 1 mile? That would take a long time (for a human) to figure out the answers for a group of athletes.

To solve this problem, I created a quick and intuitive time calculator. Simply input the times you want to do operations on, and then add, subtract, or multiply away!

Chessify

Many people who are serious about the game of Chess use a special clock to track the time each player takes making their moves. However, people starting out might not want to invest in one of these clocks, and current online versions of chess clocks lack in quality and usability. Chessify provides a free online chess clock that's elegant and easy to use. The website works on any device and supports four modes (Regular, Delay, Fischer, Bronstein).

Sound Speller

Worked with artist Gabriel Valles on a project known as "Sound Speller." Sound Speller is a phone app designed to teach kids sight words using voice recognition. The app takes a game-based approach to teaching the material, as there are rewards for reading words correctly, and penalties for reading words incorrectly.

Although the app itself is not online, you can check out this demonstration video.

Inside Interior Design

Worked for Sarah Sullivan, co-owner of Inside Interior Design Cooperative. Designed and built a website for the company, programmed an online booking system (no longer active), and re-designed the company's logo.
